The Production Phase
Code Stampi Srl stands out for the adoption of advanced production technologies, thanks to a constantly renewed and highly automated machine park. We are able to manage all processing phases internally, ranging from milling to deep drilling, from Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) to multitasking turning, thus guaranteeing maximum precision in die construction.
Every assembly phase is entrusted to expert technicians, supported by die trial presses that simulate the production cycle, to test the functionality of the dies before delivery to the client.
Code Stampi’s integrated approach, which includes all internal production phases, allows us to optimize die manufacturing times, offering a fast and highly qualified service.
