Code Stampi Srl History

2003

The Origins of Code Stampi Srl

Code Stampi was founded in 2003 from the passion and experience of its founders in the field of aluminum die-casting die construction. From the outset, the goal was clear: to offer a high-quality service, with attention to detail, technological innovation, and a strong connection to the local territory.
The first facility was located in Cazzago San Martino, in via Galileo Galilei, a small warehouse where it all began. Here, the first dies were manufactured, thanks to a small but motivated team of collaborators and traditional machinery, which formed the basis for a path of constant growth.

2007

Growth and New Spaces

With the increase in clientele and the need for larger production areas, Code Stampi moved to a new facility, also in Cazzago, in via Montecassino 12/14.
This move marked a leap in quality: new CNC machining centers and new equipment were introduced, allowing the company to consolidate its position in the national market.

2014

A New Home: via Salvella

After over ten years of continuous growth, Code Stampi moved to the modern facility on via Salvella Traversa II 2/4, where the first 1000 sqm warehouse of the current headquarters was purchased.
The investment represented a turning point: new spaces, new machinery, and a more efficient production structure made it possible to increase the capacity for die manufacturing and to manage all phases of the process internally, from 3D design to die trial.

2016

Production Expansion

Just two years later, the company acquired a second adjacent 1000 sqm warehouse, a sign of continuously growing demand and an increasingly structured organization.
The die assembly and testing department was enhanced, integrating measurement and control tools such as 3D scanning arms and high-precision dimensional verification systems. The goal was to maintain high quality standards and ensure maximum reliability for every product.

2019

Sustainable Energy

With a view towards more responsible and sustainability-oriented production, Code Stampi installed two photovoltaic systems, each over 100 kW.
This investment significantly reduced the environmental impact and energy costs, making the company more autonomous and consistent with a long-term vision that integrates innovation and respect for the environment.

2020

Automation and Advanced Technology

In 2020, Code Stampi took a major step towards automation and production efficiency with the purchase of a GF line consisting of three Mill P800 machines, served by a 100-position pallet changer, each with a capacity of 1,000 kg.
This strategic investment allows for optimizing machining times, improving precision, and ensuring production continuity even for complex and long-duration operations, further strengthening the company’s competitiveness in the international market.

2021

Continuous Innovation and Development

In 2021, Code Stampi continued its expansion with the acquisition of a third 1100 sqm warehouse, also located on via Salvella.
The expansion allows for improved production flows and the introduction of increasingly advanced technologies for mechanical processing and digital production management.

2025

Towards the Future

In 2025, construction began on a fourth 550 sqm warehouse, which will connect the two existing production units. The structure is designed for growth and innovation, with the installation of a 60-ton overhead crane, which will allow for the smooth and safe handling of large dies.
In the same year, Code Stampi invested further in its technological growth with the purchase of two Parpas Xs 63 CNC machines, characterized by a high-rigidity monolithic structure, travels of 6,000 x 3,000 x 1,500 mm, high-performance electrospindles, and 5-axis continuous numerical control, ideal for machining large and highly complex dies.
Completing the machine park upgrade is a Roller Mega, a high-productivity horizontal machining center, featuring an automatic tool magazine, an integrated pallet changing system, and micrometric positioning precision, designed to ensure maximum efficiency and reduction of setup times.
Thanks to these investments, Code Stampi confirms its dedication to innovation, preparing for new challenges marked by quality, precision, and continuous evolution.

2026

New Growth Prospects

For 2026, Code Stampi plans to install a new die trial press, intended for testing dies for presses up to 3,500 tons.
This is an already planned project that falls within the company’s strategy of continuous development and the enhancement of internal testing and validation activities.
The goal is to further expand production capacity and offer clients an increasingly complete, efficient, and technologically advanced service.
